Liftgate/Tailgate Service
Tailgate / Liftgate and residential services for freight class items have a surcharge. Please check the appropriate box when calculating shipping while purchasing an item otherwise the shipment will be delayed.

When We Ship

  • Under normal circumstances we ship the same business day on all orders placed before 1pm Pacific standard time.
  • Orders placed after 1pm Pacific standard time will be shipped the next business day.
  • Out of stock items will be shipped 1 business day after stocking. No price adjustment will be made for the shipping charges as these items will still be shipped according to the method originally requested in the purchase order.
  • You will be notified within 1 business day by email if we are unable to complete your order.

Where We Ship

  • We only ship to the address on file.
  • We ship to all 48 lower states of the United States of America.
  • For shipments to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii and Virgin Island, buyers should contact us before making the purchase.

Tracking number
A valid tracking number will be emailed after shipping. 

The customer is responsible for all the freight charges on the return of defective items and no replacement part will be sent until our staff have inspected and verified the returned defective item in question.
The customer is responsible for all the shipping charges for the returned product. You must have an RA number or Return Authorization number from LAJDM before you can return your product. Please have the RA number written on the outside of the package. Any returns arriving to our warehouse without an RA number will be refused. Also, include the invoice with your returned package.
